The program will include instructions on sitting, walking and eating meditation and suggestions for integrating these powerful practices into a modern, active lifestyle.

This donation-only, 2-hour experiential workshop will provide an introduction to Mindfulness Meditation and offer a practical model for applying mindfulness to the challenges of intimate relationships. This workshop is for couples as well as singles seeking intimate partnership and will include tips and suggestions for navigating the often turbulent process of intimate connection.
