| Location: Vision Farms Retreat Center (www.visionfarms.com) is located on 40 beautiful acres in the rolling hills between Ocala and Gainesville just off US 441. Vision Farms is a special place, as it is quite supportive of the process of entering into ones inner silence. The grounds offer wonderful options for contemplation and walking meditation. The food is delicious, mostly vegan, healthy and supportive of the practice. Lodging is dormitory style with ample bathroom and shower facilities. Yogi chores: On this retreat, unlike many at this facility, there will be NO expectations of helping with kitchen chores, bell ringing, cleaning, etc. This will allow participants to focus solely on deepening their practice and in working with the internal shifts that can occur during this interactive workshop/retreat. For anyone wishing to participate, there will be an opportunity to contribute to the post-retreat clean up. What to Bring: Specific information on what to bring and directions will be sent to you upon receipt of your registration. Registration Information: Registration will begin on Friday, May 16 at 4pm with a light evening meal offered at 6pm. The first sitting will be at 7pm. The retreat will end of Sunday, May 25 in the early afternoon. Please plan to arrive on time and to attend the entire retreat as late arrivals and early departures could be disruptive to the other participants. Please share any concerns or special needs you may have in this regard with Beverly prior to signing up. The retreat is designed for those with some prior experience with Insight Meditation. As the workshop/retreat was developed to deepen the fruits of this practice, those with an established insight meditation practice and having attended one of more retreats will likely derive the greatest benefit from the experience. If you have concerns or questions regarding the suitability of this retreat for you or if you would like more information, please contact Beverly Wingert at wingertb@aol.com or 727-415-1492. Registration form for May 16-25, 2003 I have enclosed $ ____________ (min. $200 deposit) with the balance due ($595 total) at the retreat sign-in on May 16. I am also including a donation of $_____________ to support partial scholarships for those who otherwise could not attend this retreat.
