What to Bring: Some chairs will be available but many of us will find our way to the grounding comfort of the floor. So, please bring along a sitting cushion and blanket if you have them handy. A bottle of water would also be a good idea (no alcohol). Dress in loose, comfortable clothes and bring a relaxed mind and an open heart!
