Note: Your registration is Required to attend these workshops.
What to bring: A sitting cushion (zafu) or a firm pillow and a sitting pad (zabuton) or exercise mat and your yoga mat if you have one (yoga mats, blankets and chairs will be available). Its best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting, quiet clothing. Please avoid wearing cologne, strongly scented lotion or perfume as many people have adverse reactions to these products.
Cost:The workshop and retreat space are offered freely with grateful appreciation for the financial support of participants. All donations will go to support both Stillpoint Yoga Studio and the scholarship funds of Flowing Dharma and Be Mindful.org.
