Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction: an Introduction

Note: Your registration is required to attend these workshops. Feel free to attend both if you like. Although the content will be similar, no two workshops are ever the same and you can benefit from both.
What to bring: A sitting cushion (zafu) or a firm pillow and a sitting pad (zabuton) or exercise mat and your yoga mat if you have one (yoga mats and blankets will be available). It’s best to wear comfortable, loose-fitting, clothing.
